Best Fitness Articles From The Previous Week: September 11 2016

Before we get to the articles, I want to mention that today is the 15th anniversary of 9/11. It’s hard to believe it’s been that long, but I remember exactly where I was on that day. A lot has changed since then, but it will never been forgotten. Too many people lost their lives due to cowardice acts of terror.
